informative form of tag-team preaching. It gives you a fresh perspective, it keeps the sermon interesting and
usually fun for the congregation

What are the reasons for these disasterous statistics? Why are our Christian Marriages falling apart?
Why are men and women seeking others to give the most intimate parts of their lives to, other than
their spouses? What is so wrong in our society that we think that marriage is no longer a life long
committment or institution? Why have we become such a disposable society that we can just throw
away what God has given us and find something or someone new?

Do you remember when we were children, sitting on the front porch with our grandma learning how to
cook this, snap beans, learn scripture, how to make grandpa laugh, bake a pie. You watched grandma
with her friends that came by or stopped out front to visit, how grandma built friendships, how mom was
respectful to her friends and how they all interacted together.
You watched grandma and mommy interact, you saw how a mom and daughter are supposed to be. You
see grandpa off with the boys, with daddy, learning step by step how to build a brick outdoor fireplace or
grill, lay the foundation for a building, pour cement sidewalks and build stairs.
Remember those days when mom or dad was showing step by step how to clean, bake, cook, or change
the oil in the car, but they carefully taught you each step, explained why each step was so important, and
why you had maintenance on an item, or how you were to care for a home and why.
These were all things that Christ told us to do in Titus 2. It told the men to be sober, to teach the younger
men and to be an example to them how to live for the Lord and how we are to behave. It added that the
older women were to be sober, to train the younger women to be keepers of the home, how to be a good
wife and mother for the Lord.
It is all about MENTORING... They were mentors for the younger generations, growing up under them,
learning how to live for God, how to walk upright, and how to be the best parent, husband, wife, and
Christian we could be for the Lord. That is what it is all about. That is what we are supposed to be doing
for God now.
Our society has be come so disposible, we have learned that if we don't like something, just throw it away
and get something new. We have been taught, friends, family, husbands, are just as disposible as the
material things we can buy at the stores.
The Lord impressed on us, in such a mighty way, that we needed to stop this process. We need to rebuild
what Grandma and Mom taught us on the front porch. What grandpa and Daddy were teaching out back
through the day. Why those life lessons were so important to us, should be just as important to our
chidren today.
TITUS 2 Project is just that... A Women's Mentoring Program to the younger women, true teaching and
mentoring. We will have cooking classes, child care and home care programs. We want to create work
ethics and instill a deep desire to be all they can be, in the home and work place that the Lord would have
us to be.
Men mentoring to the young men, boys that so need and desire a male role model in their lives. They
would teach them survival, basic home improvement, how to be the spiritual and financial leader in the
home. They will use God's word to teach these principles to the young men and boys so that they would
know the awesome responsiblity to being a man that lives for God.
Titus 2 Project is all about teaching, mentoring and showing our young men and women, boys and girls
how to LIVE FOR GOD, how to be better citizens, people, husbands, wives, parents, and Christians. We
want to build these classes all over, for everyone that wants to see these changes, to teach these kids that
our live is not disposable. That we are ACCOUNTABLE for every thought, word, and deed we choose to
do in our lives, from the beginning of our life with Christ to the end of our lives when ever that will be for
each of us.
