His praises should be in us every day! He saved us, He loves us and He created us for His
pleasure, to hear us sing! Whether it is in good times or bad times. It is easy to sing praises
to God on the good days, when all is going your way, when you are happiest. But to
continue to sing praises to your Creator and the one who knows all, even when nothing has
gone your way, when you are in the lowest of your life, when you are trying to decide why
God is continuing to let you live, that is when your praises mean the most to Him.

It means, that no matter what your circumstances, no matter what trial you face, that no
matter what trial comes your way, your faith in Him is not waivered, you know that the
peace that passes all understanding is going to fall all over you and that the Joy unspeakable
that He gives is unshakable and unmovable.

You see, God is ALWAYS faithful, He does not fail His children, He allows trials and
troubles in our lives to bring us through to the other side stronger in our faith and
relationship with Him. He wants you to grow in your strength, knowledege and wisdom in
Him, the way we grow is through the storms in our lives, as well as, the good times in our
lives that God Himself blesses us with.

God is faithful to us, we need to continue on, to be faithful to him regardless of the
circumstances in our lives. I know what you are thinking, " You just  don't know what I am
really going through, it is tough, God can't possibly know all I am going through, and you
have no idea have hard this is, I can't possibly find strength or praise God right now,"

Believe me, I know this feeling, I have had that feeling, and I do know troubles, trials and
groping through the darkness of dispair to find the things that God had for me. I have been
through more at my young age, that you cannot imagine how dark is has been. I know pain
though, sin, loss of loved ones, loss of a friendship or relationship, I have even found myself
in a dark spiral of depression and dispair. I know when it was the hardest for me to praise
my Wonderful, Precious Lord. He was just there waiting for me, wanting to know, when
He was going to be allowed to release His blessings of peace and hope on my life.

It took all I could do to put on my prayer face, to put on that heart of praise and service to
God, but it is when I began singing my praises to Him that He took control. No more
struggling with just how worthy I was, whether or not I could go on, or whether or not I
wanted to go on. God just came in and swept over me with the most amazing love, joy and
peace that I could ever imagine or hold on to... "praise be to God!"

You can do this, you can face the darkness, face the pain, and face your struggles. God will
help you. God will give you such a joy and such a peace, not that you will not have
struggles, but that when you are facing those struggles, He will be right there holding your
hand and carrying you through. He does that, just for us, for His Children. Because He
loves us and wants us to become strong in His might, not our own.

God wants to hear YOU sing, no matter the trial or tribulation. No matter the sadness or
despair. He wants you to know His love, unmeasurable, steadfast and strong, but he wants
to know your love as well.
Thought for the Week
Psalms 146:1-2
Praise ye the Lord, Praise the Lord, O
my soul.
While I live will I praise the Lord: I
will sing praises unto my God while I
have any being.
